By (1) Paul Mburu Muguima and (2) John Kamau Muguima, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njoroge Muguima, who died at Mwiki, on 5th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Salome Wanjiku Gitau, of P.O. Box 115-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fidelis Njeri Ruhiu, who died at St. Jude Nursing Home, on 6th November, 2022.

By Elizabeth Nyambura Gitau, of P.O. Box 1149-01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Gitau Mwaura alias Jeremiah Mwaura alias Jeremiah Gitau alias Mwaura Jeremiah, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Dominic Nugre Kimata, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kihiko Kimata, who died at Kiambu in 1960.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
