TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025
By (1) Patrick Boro Kimani and (2) George Gitau Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanjiku Kimani, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Muigai Kiundo, (2) Peter Mwangi Kahari, (3) Magdalene Wagio Kiundo and (4) Ann Nyakamoro Kiundo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiundo Kahari, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
