TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E465 OF 2024
By (1) Godfrey Gathuku Kingori, (2) Margaret Muthoni Gichuki and (3) Geoffrey Kingori, all of P.O. Box 24880-0502, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Wangechi Kingori, who died at Wandumbi Sub-location, on 19th November, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
