TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Naomi Wambui Njau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njuguna Kimani, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Njenga Thuo and (2) Cecilia Mukuhi Thuo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Waithira Thuo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
