By Grace Mbuthu Kaberia, of P.O. Box 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kaberia, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By Agnes Karambu Julius, of P.O. Box 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwenda M’Aburuki, who died at Muthara SD Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Murira Mlingera, of P.O. Box 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ringera Muruthu, who died at Limbine Sub-location, on 30th June, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
