TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2025
By Miriam Wanjiru Mwaniik, of P.O. Box 487-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Solomon Mwaniik Kinuuthia, who died at Makutano Centre, on 1st June, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Hannah Njeri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1943, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Njuguna Gichuru alias Njuguna Gachuru, who died at Mbuyu, on 26th November, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
