TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025
By (1) Idah Kainyu M’Ndaka and (2) Stella Kinya Dionisius Mugambi, both of P.O. Box 49, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Muga Mbuu alias Muga Mbuu, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 1988.

By John Njuru Eustace, of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rithi M’Muidi alias Rithi Mwindi, who died at Mucwa Sub-location, on 14th December, 1998.

By Kithinji Njoka Matiri, of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matiri Kabui alias Matiri Njoka Kabui, who died at Mwonge Location, on 12th February, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
