TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By (1) Hamphrey Gilbert K. Chabari and (2) Julia Muthoni Mbaeboth of P.O. Box 121-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chabari Muriri, who died at Kiriaini Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1969.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2026
By Eliphas Nyaga Kirugara, of P.O. Box 10-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marete Gichari alias Richard Kiruraga Gichari, who died on 15th March, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
