IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT ELDAMA RAVINE
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By (1) Zakayo K. Landa and (2) Peter Kiprotich Landa, both of P.O. Box 6-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Landa, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 20th September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
