TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E546 OF 2022
By Pius Muema Kimeu, of P.O. Box 1, Kilala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Kinguuthe alias Kimeu King’uye Kilonzo, who died on 13th May, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2026
By Alice Kavithe Willson, of P.O. Box 1-90138, Makindu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Nyumu, who died on 8th February, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2026
By Tabitha Katumbi Kyenze, of P.O. Box 592-90130, Nunguni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chenze Muangu alias Chenze Mwangu, who died on 20th July, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
