TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Peter Kimeu Mumo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mumo Kimeu alias Mumo Kimeu, who died at Isooni, Nguluni, Machakos, on 28th April, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Simon Kithuve Mbuve, of P.O. Box 740-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Mbuve Mweu, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Marita Ngami Mbaluka, of P.O. Box 740-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaluka Kasi, who died at Miu, on 12th April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Paul Mutunga Makau and (2) Mutiso Kavoko, both of P.O. Box 740-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Kamwele Ndumbu alias Makau Kamwele, who died at Miu, on 8th August, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
