IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MACHAKOS
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By (1) Lilian Nduku Musyimi and (2) Ndungwa Mbithe Musyimi, both of P.O. Box 2013-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aaron Mutunga Musyimi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
