TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2025
By Charles Kimani Karanja, of P.O. Box 47, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Mbatia, who died at Kiriani Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2025
By Martin Mwangi Nyambura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Njeri Mwangi, who died at Kiriani Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Judy Waithera Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Njoki Mwangi, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
