IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT GITHONGO
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By (1) Frankline Mutembei, (2) Lawrence Muthuri, (3) Erustus Gikunda and (4) Jacob Murithi, all of P.O. Box 2660-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murungi M’Arimi, who died at Kiiia, on 20th March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
