TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Gatumbi Kibe, (2) George Kamau Kibe, (3) Francis Kibe Gatumbi and (4) Anthony Kibiro Kibe, all of P.O. Box 152, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibe Gatumbi, who died at Ndarugu, on 1st March, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Philip Kimuhu Karanja, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Kamau, who died at Makwa-Chania Location, on 31st March, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
