CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025
By Jane Njoki Kariuki, of P.O. Box 133, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Gicuku Peter, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2025.

By David Njuru Peter, of P.O. Box 184, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosaline Wanja Njuru, who died on 25th April, 2024.
