TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Joseph Maina Kimiti, of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Karuhi Kimiti, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By (1) Alice Wanjiru Kahogo and (2) Lawrence Kariuki Kinuuthia, both of P.O. Box 80, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Edward Kinuuthia Kariuki, who died at Rurii, on 5th February, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
