TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By (1) Githongo Mumo Kaibere and (2) Cecilia Wanjiru Mumo, both of P.O. Box 80- 20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumo Kaibere Githweru alias Mumo Kaibere Githwere, who died at Ol Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Paul Mbugua Kariuki, of P.O. Box 85- 2024, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wambui Kariuki, who died on 5th February, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By (1) Mercy Muthoni Ngoere and (2) Ezekiel Kaberia Ngoere, both of P.O. Box 3- 20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Ngoere Kaberia, who died at Eastleigh, on 8th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By John Kamau Mwaura, of P.O. Box Private Bag, Gichungo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Mwaura Kanyua, who died at Gichungo, on 7th June, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
