TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2025
By Peter Ochieng Akongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Akongo Nyadwa, who died on 7th January, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E302 OF 2025
By Masline Adoyo Ogara, of P.O. Box 44- 40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Ogara Omolo, who died on 9th November, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2025
By Silpa Ochiel Gaa, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Opio Godo, who died on 12th December, 1983.

By Syprina Ogutu Siguti, of P.O. Box 26- 40302, Ndhwia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domncius Siguti Ojwang, who died on 4th August, 1993.

By Daniel Adunde Ngollo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ngolo Ogundo alias James Ngollo Ogundo, who died on 16th April, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2026
By Linet Atieno Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omolo Obonyo alias Joseph Omolo, who died on 15th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
