By Chrispine Onyango Auka, of P.O. Box 169, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hayere Oluma Oluma alias Hayere Oluma, who died at Sigomere Sub- location, on 12th June, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025
By Thomas Odera Nyandai, of P.O. Box 139- 40614, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyandai Onwang’o, who died at Ramunde Sub- location, on 14th January, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2026
By Norbetus Muga Ojak, of P.O. Box 391, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Daniel Ojak Muga alias Daniel Ojak, who died at Umala Sub- location, on 6th August, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
