By Geraldine Mary Carvalho, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Joseph Carvalho, who died in India on 3rd June, 2025.

By (1) Elizabeth Wambui Kimani and (2) Philip Kuira Kimani, both of P.O. Box 97212-80112, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kimani Kuira alias Patrick Paul Kimani Kuira alias Patrick Kuira, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2025.

By Sushila Navinchandra Bhagwani Shah, of P.O. Box 81927-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of probate with written will annexed to the estate of Navinchandra Bhagwani Shah, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2025.

By (1) Jamal Chege John, (2) Zakayo Kamau Muigai, (3) Paul Mwaura Muigai and (4) Samuel Gachihi Muigai, all of P.O. Box 85627, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Njeri Muigai, who died at Nyathuna, Limuru, on 15th January, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
