PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Robin Malele and (2) Bramwel Anyanga Malele, both of P.O. Box 43-50100, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winfred Shikhalo Malele, who died on 12th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025
By (1) Thomas Wawsa Eshiwani and (2) Lorna Nyakowa Eshiwani, both of P.O. Box 123, Yala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Emali Eshiwani, late of Mulwanda, Kisa Central, who died on 8th November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
