TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Jay Mahendra Ratilal Vora, of P.O. Box 82314-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Indira Mahendra Ratilal Vora alias Indira Mahendra Ratilal, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Ajul Ramniklal Shah, of P.O. Box 90346-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of the will annexed to the estate of Hansa Ramnikalal Shah, who died at Mombasa, on 29th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
