By Charles Namu Machokia, of P.O. Box 67, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machokia Kigoi, who died at Kariru Sub-location, on 21st August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Margaret Egandu Botta, of P.O. Box 14343-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maggiorino Andrew Botta alias Maggiorino Adrew Botta, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By (1) Onesmus Njagi, (2) John Mwita, (3) Peter Nguu Ndwighai and (4) Philis Mukami Njue, all of P.O. Box 2602-60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndwiga Mwita, who died at Embu Town Municipality, on 29th October, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
