TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025
By Peter Munguti Makau (Bishop), of P.O. Box 14861-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor to the deceased’s, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Vaccari Mino (Rev. Fr.), who died at Consolata Shrine, Westlands, on 30th August 2025.
Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
