TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021
By (1) Jackline Nyambura Ndungi and (2) Mineh Wanjiku
Ndongi, the deceased’s daughter and sister, respectively, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Wanjiru
Ndungi, who died at Al-Amin Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025
By Roselyn Osiri Mogire, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nyambego
Mogire, who died at Nairobi, on 22nd April, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025
By John Seletei Nyumbu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Nyumbu ole Lomondo alias
Christopher Nyumbu Mundui, who died at Olteyiani, on 25th
September, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025
By (1) Kaate ene Sewani Moinani, (2) Moses Nkanki Sewani, (3)
Sammy Sawani and (4) Beatrice Sitato Sawani, the deceased’s widow
and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Sawani ole Ntaani Moinami, who died at
Kitengela Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
