TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2025
By (1) John Juma Otieno and (2) Monica Achieng Akach, the
deceased’s widower and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Achieng Oloo, who
died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025
By Olivia Wanjiku Macharia, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Wanjiru
Kaminja alias Jacinta Wanjiku Kaminja, who died at Riabai, on 25th
January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
