By (1) Alice Kabon Chemjor and (2) Kipkorir Walter Chemjor, both of P.O. Box 1078-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Chepkurui, who died at Moloi, on 1st March, 1993.
