TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By (1) Delfine Mwangi Kariuki, (2) Margaret Wambui Wachira, (3) Naomi Kirigo Githinji and (4) Zipporah Warura Mburii, all of P.O. Box 21-20113, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters-inlaw, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiruki Wachira, who died at Provincial General Hospital Annex, on 2nd November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Njambi Nduati, of P.O. Box 13685-20100, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduati Macharia, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 14th January, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
