TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E488 OF 2025
By (1) Shafiqa Njeri Mbugua and (2) Omar Ali, both of P.O. Box 957-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Omar Kibet Salim alias Ali Omar Salim, who died at St. Mary’s Mission, on 12th July, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E687 OF 2025
By Joseph Kuria Mucinju, of P.O. Box 46523-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiko Muchinjo, who died at Ngondu, on 16th April, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By James Angima Aburi Omwenga, of P.O. Box 68, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackline Kemunto Angima, who died at Evans Sunrise Medical Centre, on 2nd August, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
