TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2025
By Moses Muguna Murithi, of P.O. Box 1407-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Ntinyari Murithi, who died at Cottolengo Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 7th January, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Mark Rauga Bundi, of P.O. Box 720-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Bundi Riambere alias Robert Bundi, who died at Nkunga, on 8th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
