TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Rudiah Kanorio Mboya, of P.O. Box 2328-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mboya, who died at District Hospital, Meru in Kenya, on 17th August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Makena Baiya Kamencu, of P.O. Box 338-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s qraddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nkirote Gicheni, who died at Karuri, on 19th May, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
