TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E579 OF 2022
By Sammy Muoka Kalehi, of P.O. Box 66, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoka Kalehi Mutyanyaa, who died on 20th January, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2025
By Francis Masengo Mwanthi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanthi Waema Mwikya, who died on 26th September, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2025
By Jones Mutua Katetu, of P.O. Box 1- 90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyao Kitetu, who died on 28th August, 1969.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Jackson Keesi Tangala, of P.O. Box 1- 90304, Mavindini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tangala Mulili Mwati, who died on 10th June, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
