TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Peter Mwavuo Kyethele, of P.O. Box 60- 90103, Wamunyun in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwavuo Mutyethele, who died at Kilembwa Sub-location, on 9th August, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Simon Nzioki Mutunga, of P.O. Box 3- 90102, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Mutio, who died at Kwakala Location, on 2nd October, 1980.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
