CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025
By (1) Susan Siparo, (2) Nooseuri Enole Nitna and (3) Kinangari Kuititi Kantai, all of P.O. Box 1, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lesingo ole Kantai, who died at Isampin Location, on 29th April, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Kaapei Elena Kwamboka, of P.O. Box 52-40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaapei John ole Sitima, who died at Nakuyiana, on 6th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Matthew Kopasar Kitungat, of P.O. Box 318-40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Dio ole Kopasar, who died on 4th January, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
