TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2025
By (1) Gabriel Emali and (2) Magdalene Emali, both of P.O. Box 28658-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Odula Emali, who died at Kesogon Area, on 24th April, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Esther Waroguru Mutae and (2) James Kuria Mutae, both of P.O. Box 11-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutaee Kimani Kanyinyi, who died at Cheranganyi Nursing Home, on 25th June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By (1) Everline Nabaka and (2) Edwin Ongoma Wanyama, both of P.O. Box 1397-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matias Wanyama Lupoki, who died at Kapterit, on 15th October, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
