TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E90 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Karimi Wamugunda and (2) Edith Muthoni Wamugunda, both of P.O. Box 80812, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wamugunda, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 16th July, 2001.
CAUSE NO.E114 OF 2025
By (1) Jeremiah Musembi Mulwa and (2) Kenedy Muteti Mulwa, both of P.O. Box 5028-80401, Diani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwikali Mulwa Mutisya, who died at Mwabandari, on 1st October, 2014.
CAUSE NO.E11 OF 2026
By Enock Munyao Musyimi, of P.O. Box 95-80407, Shimba Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyimi Kilonzo, who died on 11th June, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
