TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E27 OF 2025
By (1) Kavuu Kasinzi Wambua and (2) Cathrine Ndumi Kasinzi, the deceased’s widow and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joana Kasinzi Wambua alias Johana Kasinzi Wambua, who died at Bumbani, on 19th July, 2008.
CAUSE NO.E91 OF 2025
By Kavata Mutemi Mutunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutemi Mutunga, who died at Bokole, on 17th August, 1988.
CAUSE NO.E2 OF 2026
By John Makau Mukungi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mukungi Vong’o, who died at Shimba Hills, on 19th April, 2019.
CAUSE NO.E3 OF 2026
By (1) Mueni Paul Kilango and (2) Titus Malinda Kilango, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kimeu Joshua Kilango, who died at Msambweni Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
