TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E14 OF 2026
By Isaac Muhoro Muchiri, of P.O. Box 2029-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Muchiri Kibutu, who died at Kahii Weru Sub-location, on 22nd August, 2022.
CAUSE NO.E21 OF 2026
By (1) John Philip Mwangi Gaturu and (2) Ezekiel Maina Gaturu, both of P.O. Box 236-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Wangui Gaturu, who died at Ndemi, on 2nd April, 2014.
CAUSE NO.E27 OF 2026
By (1) Wanjiru Francis Waweru and (2) Joseph Jeraine Bukabi, both of P.O. Box 14953-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjeri Mukabi, who died on 12th August, 2015.
CAUSE NO.E42 OF 2026
By (1) Marata Wahu Nderitu and (2) Agnes Wachera Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 183-20306, Nadragwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ndiritu Kihuko, who died at N.C.R.H., on 27th March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
