TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E51 OF 2026
By (1) Isaac Wambugu Nduugu, (2) Elizabeth Wambui Nduugu and (3) Edward Ndirangu Nduugu, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduugu Wagura, who died at Muhotetu, on 1st February, 2018.
CAUSE NO.E52 OF 2026
By (1) Nancy Bilha Nyaruiuru Kamau and (2) Samwel Kibiku Kamau, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kamau Kibiku alias Henry Kamau Kibuku, who died at Pope Benedict, on 1st November, 2024.

By Jonah Kamore Kanyugo, of P.O. Box 30, Giakanja in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyugo Kamore alias Geoffrey Kanyugo Kamore, who died at Kaiti Sub-location, on 27th May, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
