PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E10 OF 2026
By Mary Mukuthi Gathiaka, of P.O. Box 939, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangi Njoroge, who died at Kibathi, on 31st January, 2022.
CAUSE NO.E20 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Wambui Gichuki and (3) Gachara Gichuki Ihati, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuki Gachara Ihati, who died at Gathanj, on 20th March, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
