TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E145 OF 2025
By Everlyn Karwitha Kaburu, of P.O. Box 427-60202, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adrian Kaburu Matiri, who died at Kathera, on 19th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO.E2 OF 2026
By Frankline Kirimi Mworia, of P.O. Box 2660-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mworia Munyugi, who died at Ruiga, on 20th April, 1984.
CAUSE NO.E3 OF 2026
By Peter Michubu Muriuki, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victoriano Muriuki M’Twerandu, who died at St. Theresa Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
