TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E140 OF 2025
By Nickson Kazungu Katana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Ngao Kulola, who died on 13th July, 2019.
CAUSE NO.E155 OF 2025
By (1) Benjamin Hare Kombe and (2) Samuel Katana Kahindi, the deceased’s brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Hare Kombe, who died on 4th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO.E160 OF 2025
By Barnabas Karisa Mweni, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kemba Murumba, who died on 20th April, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
