TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2025
By (1) Barasa Soita Kusei and (2) Jackson Mukholi Kusei, both of P.O. Box 1215, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Kusei Wamachembe, who died at Maraka, on 29th January, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Allan Sivuchi Nasongo, of P.O. Box 453- 50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mukongolo Nasong’o, who died on 19th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Joseph Simiyu Wasilwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Wasilwa Khisa, who died at Sigot Sub- location, on 29th May, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
