TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Eliud Wakachunga Mabonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Mabonga Murefu alias Mabongo Murefu alias Jotham Mabonga, who died at Sirisia SD Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Evans Munyali Wasike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leo Lusambu, who died at Lwakhakha, on 11th July, 1983.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
