TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2026
By Josphat Musungu Kubai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Kuvayi Domonyi alias Erasto Kuvai, who died at Kegondi, on 7th November, 1970.
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026
By (1) Dorika Esiteti and (2) Japheth Aywa Lukhachi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Lukhachi alias Julius Musee Lukhaji, who died at Embali Sub- location, on 26th February, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026
By Maurice Adoli Lavaya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Mukira Elavaya alias Zakaria Mukira Elavaya, who died at Solongo Sublocation, on 21st April, 1995.

By Reuben Endole Luseno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Andore Luseno, who died at Makuchi Sub- location, on 5th June, 1977.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
