TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2025
By (1) Dorcas Mmbone Agubasu and (2) Victor Mugadi Agubasu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geryshom Alikumba Akubasu, who died at Digula Location, on 4th November, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2026
By David Omondi Kayiya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dina Vida alias Dinah Andeyo Ivida, who died at Viyalo, on 16th March, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2026
By Dominic Bwavi Nzavayi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Nzavaye Muyuga alias Daniel Nzavaye Muiyuga, who died at Givole Sub- location, on 7th November, 2009.

By Hesbon Kigarave Kanguha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangua Vidi alias Ezekiah Kanguha Ulwili, who died at Friends Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
