TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2025
By (1) Sarah Nieri Munga and (2) Faith Njambi Mungai, both of P.O. Box 8802- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Wairimu Njuru, who died on 14th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2025
By (1) Andrew Kibuika Ndura and (2) Timothy Kamau Ndura, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Ndura Thurumbi, who died at Lesirko, on 3rd December, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025
By (1) John Ng’ang’a Magua and (2) Mary Nieri Magua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bilha Wanjiku Magua alias Bilha W. Magua, who died at Nyandarua, on 20th January, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Naomi Nieri Waweru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caesere Waweru Gateru, who died on 26th April, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
