CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025
By (1) Daniel Maina Waithaka and (2) Joseph Wangai Waithaka, both of P.O. Box 142- 10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Waithaka Mugo alias Waithaka Mugo alias Ndugire Mugo, who died at Tumu Tumu Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2001.

By (1) John Waithaka Mwangi and (2) Lucy Kamuyu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 91, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Macharia, who died at Mwai Kibaki Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
