TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Okech Alem, (2) Walter Otieno Okech and Emily Auma Okech, all of P.O. Box 3659, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyalenda ‘A’, Kisumu, who died on 25th August, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2025
By George Otieno Ongao, of P.O. Box 126- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Ongawo Okoth, who died at Wathorego, on 9th August, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Charles Atiang Miyonge, of P.O. Box 568- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesborn Atiang Awara alias Hesbon Atiang Awara, who died at Buoye Sub- location, on 17th August, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
